Our office staff will be happy to:

• Assist or obtain authorizations if needed
  
• Answer any concerns you may have regarding your insurance benefits and co-payments

For Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan and Blue Care Network members, we can verify insurance with WebDenis. This will inform us of benefits, co-payments and deductibles for outpatient mental health services.

We also offer SLIDING SCALE FEES for those of you who would like to continue services after your insurance benefits have been exhausted.

For clients that have Blue-Caid Insurance, please contact ACCESS @ 734-544-3050 to inform them that you would like UCCF to be your child's provider for services.
