UCCF provides access to affordable mental health services for couples, children, and families based on income and family size.

Participating Insurance Information

UCCF is a Blue Care Network Provider (including UM Premier Care and Grad Care). Additionally, we participate with Bluecaid and Midwest Medicaid Insurances. We may also be able to accept other insurances based on out-of-network benefits.

Our office staff will be happy to:

• Assist or obtain authorizations

• Answer any concerns you may have regarding your insurance benefits and co-payments

Sliding Scale Fees

UCCF also offers sliding scale fees for:

• families with no insurance or who are under-insured

• families with non-participating insurance plans
