UCCF provides counseling, therapy, and mental health services to children and teens in several areas.
Individual & Family Therapy
UCCF offers individual therapy focused on helping children and teens with several concerns, including:
- Emotional & Behavioral Concerns
- Social Skills
- Learning Disabilities & ADHD
- Grief & Loss
- Coping with divorce or adoption issues
Social Skills Groups
Social Skills Groups are designed to help children learn skills that are important in establishing relationships and maintaining positive social interactions with peers. The groups are appropriate for elementary through middle school-age children who could benefit from assistance in building and maintaining friendships, including children with learning and attention difficulties.
These groups run periodically throughout the year, meeting once per week for 11 weeks. Costs may be covered by insurance.
