Relationships among sisters, and between mothers and daughters, can be both deeply rewarding and rife with jealousy and competition. How girls and women learn to manage closeness and conflict within the family represents an important source of learning for relationships with peers and with adult partners. This lecture helps to promote a community of healthy female relationships, starting right at home.
